At night before going to sleep, go to a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed (telephone, television, etc.).

- Sit down, straighten your back and place your hands on your thighs. If you want, you can sit on the floor with your legs crossed. The important thing is to be able to stay in this position for a short while without being uncomfortable. If necessary place a cushion under your buttocks.

- Close your eyes and start to breathe in a natural and relaxed manner. Each time you breathe out, feel that you are becoming more and more relaxed.
